Stage: Exited

This was our first site, which we started from a lowly $12 domain in 2019. Our founder Andrew is a previously-licensed property manager and real estate agent, and he initially created this website as a way to teach investors and real estate junkies how to buy and improve investment properties.

Because of our background and hands-on experience in the industry, we were quoted as a source by publications such as Forbes, Martha Stewart, and Porch, just to name a few. In 2020, we made a large expansion into the home improvement niche, which led to traffic doubling 6 months later.

After seeing great success with the site, we decided to sell it in 2022 and spend our time and resources building our travel site into an authority in the space.
